sequence conversion

We have downloaded the hbcbcgcdcehe_aro_pfg_500.c sequence from the Kay
lab website. We have compiled it, adjusted the pulse lengths and powers
for our sample, and run it. Unfortunately, we don't get any signal. We
are running it on a Varian Inova 600. Does anyone have suggestions of
parameters that should be checked? Or does anyone know of a script that
converts sequences from the Kay lab to run directly on a standard Varian
set up?
