Dear Lister:
I would like to know whether I can get 1H signal for 5-10 ug glycopeptide
(45 AA, 6 sugars) in a 600 MHz NMR with a micro-tube sampling,since the AA
sequences was already fixed, the main aim is going to figure out the sugar
chains, any comments and references (on micro-tube sampling, solvents) are
appreciated!
