subscribe bmrblistin the body (not the subject) of the message. This will subscribe the account from which you send the message to the bmrblist list. If you wish to subscribe another address instead, you can use a command of the form:
subscribe bmrblist other-address@your_site.your_netBoth options will mail you back further instructions for confirming your email address, after which you will be able to send emails to the list.
